After you complete the first layer …

It is time to get all of the cubes in line for the 2^nd layer:

·         To bring the middle cube to the left:

Ui    Li     U    L    U     F    Ui    Fi

·         To bring the middle cube to the right:

U    R     Ui    Ri    Ui     Fi    U    F

·         Next, make an “L”

F    R     U    Ri    Ui     Fi

This will create a line -  Use the same formula to get the cross

Once you get the cross –

·         Use this formula if the cross is backwards or if

the colors are not lined up correctly:

R    U     Ri    U    R     U    U    Ri

Get the 4 Corners –

·         Use this formula if the 4 corners are not lined up in the correct places:

U    R     Ui    Li    U     Ri    Ui    L

Finally, solve for each corner & finish the cube:

·         Don’t forget to twist each corner away from you when solved  -- ( Ui  )
