Pink Form:  Click here if you did not pass 8 classes in the last 2 semesters.

Letter from your G. E. D. Program:  Click here if you are enrolled in a G. E. D. Program.

Letter from your G. E. D. Program:  Click here if you plan on enrolling in a G. E. D. Program.

 

Students that dropped out of high school must have a pink form signed by a high school administrator, otherwise, they must be enrolled in a G. E. D. Program.
